Empire State Building: Retrofitting for Future Sustainability

Johnson Controls may have just announced its selection of Serious Materials to super-insulate the Empire State Building's over 6,500 dual-pane windows, but the building's retrofitting initiative, started last April, goes way beyond energy-efficient windows.
